Herbal Essences - $1.10 each at Shaw's with Coupon

Shaw's is running a promo through mid-October - Buy 2 Herbal Essences' Shampoos or Conditioners and get 1 free.  They are $3.29 at my local Shaw's.

If you are old school like me and clip coupons from the paper, there was a BOGO Free MFC from the Proctor & Gamble insert.  Use that coupon with this deal and you can get 3 bottles for $3.29 - or $1.10 each.

Shaw's - $42 becomes $4

Total Before Savings:  $42.24
Total Preferred Savings:  $17.80
Coupons Used:  $19.60
Cash OOP:  $3.91

First - Started out with $8 in CATs.

2 Wisks - BOGO @ $7.99 each (thought they might be $5.99)  Used 2 $2/1 MFCs from paper.  $1.99 each

6 Yoplait Yogurts - .60 ea.  Used $1/6 Shaw's coupon (printed from register last time I was there) and a .40/6 MFC printed from Coupons.com.   Became .30 cents each.

Did that Buy 6 and they become $1.99 each

2 Colby Flavored Cheez-its - $1.99 (Used 2 .70/1 MFCs which doubled from Wicked Cool Deals)  .59 cents ea.

4 Special K bars - $1.99 (Used 2 $1/2 MFCs I found from Maven of Savin) $1.49 ea.  Also had a $1 off any bar coupon - a Shaw's coupon that printed at the register last time I was there.

So after the $8 in CATs - it came to a whopping $3.91 - or a savings of 90.74%.

Will most likely add the Cheez-Its and Special K bars to my newly formed "stockpile".  It's not really a great week at Shaw's  -  but needed to use my CATs before they expired.

Shaw's Deals 7/29-8/4

Looking through the Shaw's flyer for this upcoming week, I noticed I few things that match up to newspaper coupons.  Here they are:

General Grocery

WhoNu Cookies - $2.50 ($1/1 MFC from paper)

Get 1 pint of Blueberries for free when you buy 2 Ocean Spray Blueberry Juices - I'm not sure if these are on sale again this week, but they were 2/$5 last week - and there were $1/1 MFCs in the paper.

Swiss Iced Tea (half gallon) - $1.00 (.75/1 MFC in paper - which DOUBLES - making this a .50 cent money maker! - and yes, the coupon says "gallon or half gallon" - so it's not coupon fraud)

Bush's Baked Beans - $1.39 ($1/2 MFC from paper)

V-8 - I'm not sure if their Fusion juices are included - but there was a $1/1 MFC from the paper out there.  If they are included -that $2.50 sale price becomes $1.50.

Lipton Onion Soup Mix - $1.50 ($1/2 MFC from paper - I'm pretty sure this expires on 7/31 though - so you have to get there this weekend).  Make these $1 a box.

Front Page CAT:  Buy 2, Save $5 off your next purchase (I'm pretty sure there are MFCs out there from P&G - but they expire 7/31):
Bounty 8 Giant! Rolls

Luigi's Italian Ice & Blue Bunny novelties - BOGO (There's a .50/1 Luigi's coupon from the paper - which DOUBLES.  There was also a .75/1 MFC for Blue Bunny in All You - I forgot what issue - that would DOUBLE to $1.50 off one.  You're talking a great deal on frozen treats for you or your little wee ones.)

Wise Chips - BOGO (these were $2.99 at my Shaw's) - I did have $.75/2 MFCs from a Wise email - which DOUBLES.  If you have that - it would be .75 cents a bag.

All detergent - BOGO.  I'm pretty sure there are MFCs from the paper out on this one.  There always seems to be All coupons.

Shaw's - $199 becomes $79

Total Before Savings:  $199.05
Total Preferred Savings:  $61.84
Total Coupons:  $57.45
Cash OOP:  $79.76

Earned:  25 Box Tops for Education ($2.50 for a school!)

-  First & foremost, I was intrigued by the Gift Card deal going on now.  It's buy $100 in gift cards, get a coupon for $20 off your next purchase.  There are two places where we always drop money:  Gas stations & Lowe's.  Shaw's gift cards are excluded from this promo.  I ended up just getting a $100 to Lowe's.  I bought this right when I walked in and then had a $20 coupon in my pocket.

-  I also signed up at Shaws.com for email alerts.  This gave me a $5/$25 purchase coupon automatically to my email.

Here are some great deals I scored with coupons:

***FREEBIE ALERT*** - My Shaw's has a Skinny Cow candy display in the front near the condiment isle.  These are normally .99 cents each but they are on sale for .69 cents.  There are coupons on the display for .75/2.  MFCs under $1 double - so essentially, they are giving you .06 cents for each one you buy.  I only took one coupon and two candies.  You could do more - but you know, clearing the shelf/display is pretty tacky.

BTFE Catalina

2 GoGurts - Reg. $2.99, Sale $2.50, $2.00 after instant savings (.75/2 MFC from Coupons.com DOUBLED) $1.25 each
2 Splits Yogurt - Reg. $2.79, Sale $2.00, $1.50 after instant savings (.75/2 MFC from Coupons.com DOUBLED) .75 each

1 BC Cake Mix - Reg. $2.29, Sale $1.50, $1.00 after instant savings - .50 cents after coupon with frosting
1 BC Frosting - Reg. $2.59, Sale $2.00, $1.50 after instant savings - $1.00 after coupon with cake mix

3 Milky Way Bars - Reg. .99 each, B2G1 Free (.50/2 MFC from Coupons.com DOUBLED) .33 cents each

1 Viva Paper Towels - Reg. $1.99, Sale $1.79 ($1/1 MFC from paper or All You) .79 (and it did say single roll or multi-pack)

Bounty Basic 8 pack - Reg. $7.99, Sale $4.99 ($1/1 MFC from paper) $3.99

Villiage Candles - Some assorted ones were 75% off.  I scored a jar that was regularly $14.29 for $3.57.  This is good to throw in my random gift bin.  Sometimes you just need little gifts every now and then.

Rhodes Frozen Rolls - $2.99 (.75/1 MFC DOUBLED) $1.49.  Not a great deal - but I've wanted to try these out and we needed rolls for dinner tonight.

2 Bush's Baked Beans - Reg. $2.13.  Sale $1.39 ($1/2 MFC from paper) .89 cents each

1 Ken's Marinade - Reg. $3.43, Sale $1.99 ($1/1 MFC from paper) .99 cents.  The Buffalo Wing sauce is Wonderful!

2 V8 Juices - Reg. $2.99, Sale $2.50 ($2/2 MFC from paper) $1.50 each.  I use V8 in cooking a lot lately.  It brings out more flavor.  Call me Julia Child.

1 Dole Crisp - Reg. $2.35, Sale $2.00 ($1/1 MFC from paper) $1.00.  I make my kids eat canned/packaged fruit all the time.  This doesn't bother me.

3 Dole Fruit Cups - Reg. $3.29 each, Sale $2.50 ($1/3 MFC from paper) $2.17 each.  My husband is addicted to the pineapples.  They don't sell them in bulk at BJ's.

Dietz & Watson Deal (Coupon in Flyer - Buy one pound of meat, get 1/2 pound of cheese for free)

1.04 lbs Classic Turkey - $8.31
.50 lbs American Cheese - $3.75 (with coupon, this was FREE!)

I also bought a bunch of produce and meat - but hearing about that is boring.

Quick Tip:
I did notice that Crystal Light now has "alcoholic" flavors - like Mojito and Margarita.  A great way to reduce the calorie intake if you like to make your own mixed drinks.  It's not marketed to be a drink mix - but I don't see why not.  These flavors are on sale for $2.99 this week.

This sale ends today.  I really just went to get the pasta and the laundry detergent.  I'm looking forward to next week - I'm actually planning a Shaw's run tomorrow to get that CAT that generates two free tickets to some theme parks.  Story Land is one of them and we're planning on hitting it up this August.  At $24.99 a ticket (that's with the military discount) - it's worth purchasing 8 of the items they have listed in the CAT.  Check your circular for participating products!  It says it's only valid for the first 1,300 who redeem the certificate - whatever that means.  I'm thinking it's an online code that earns you free admission to one of the places they have listed.

Shaw's - $300+ becomes $150

I did a pretty big trip at Shaw's yesterday.  I saved just over 50% with coupons and Shaw's savings - but I did buy a lot of stuff for the husband that wasn't on sale.  Again - can't argue with the bread winner when he wants bologna, coffee cakes and chocolate covered donuts....  Plus - it's really hard to save 50%+ when you throw in produce and meat.  Seriously - that's the reality.

Anyways - I used over $60 in coupons yesterday.  I got them all from Boston area newspapers, All You and other random places.  I'm too lazy to print out coupons.  Here are some of the "hot" finds I got using my coupons.  These sale prices are good through Thursday.  The thing that really sucks about Shaw's is that they don't put all of their sales in their flyer - so you have to go kind of armed with your coupons and see what is out there.

For Starters - I had a $9/$90 coupon that Shaw's mailed me.

1.7 lbs Hormel Pork Tenderloin - Reg. $11.49.  Sale $9.99.  There were peelies on some for $3.00 off (exp. date is 5/29 - so not sure why the peelies).  Used $1/1 MFC from paper.  $5.99 for that delicious pork tenderloin.

2 1-lbs rolls of Shaw's Ground Beef 80/20 - $3.89 ea.  $2/2 Shaw's Coupon.  $2.89 each - threw them in the freezer.  The husband digs chili and this will come in handy (even though it's super fatty - yuck).

2 Cains Relish - Reg. $1.83.  Sale .99.  Had 2 .55/1 Coupons which doubled to $1.10 off.  MADE .11 cents with each of these!

1 Mt. Olive Pickles - Reg. $2.65.  Sale $1.99.  Used $1/1 MFC to make this .99.

2 Franks Red Sauces - Reg. $1.39.  Sale $1.19.  Used $1/2 to make these .69 cents each.

2 French's Worchester Sauces - Reg. $1.99.  Sale $1.59.  Used 2 $1/1 MFCs to make these .59 cents each.

2 Taco Bell Salsas - Reg. $2.59.  On Clearance for $1.29.  Used $1/2 TB Product MFC to make these .79 cents each.

2 Super Chill 2 liter Diet Tonic Waters - Reg. $1.  Sale .88.  Used $1/2 Shaw's Coupon.  .38 cents each.

Kraft Miracle Whip - Reg. $6.49.  Sale $2.99.  Used $1/1 MFC to make this $1.99.

2 Wacky Macs - Reg. $1.69, Sale BOGO.  Used $1/2 MFC to make these .35 cents each.

3 Coke 12 Packs - Reg. $5.49.  Sale 3/$9.  Used $2/2 Coke 12 pack Shaw's Coupon.  3/$7 after coupon.

4 Pillsbury Stars & Stripes Frosting -  Reg. $2.19.  Sale BOGO.  Used 2 $1/2 MFCs.  .55 cents each

Olivari Olive Oil (17 oz) - Reg. $7.29.  Sale $2.99.  Used $1/1 MFC.  $1.99 for a bottle of olive oil!

Ronzoni Garden Delight Pasta - Reg. $1.89.  Sale $1.00.  Used $1/1 MFC, which made this FREE!

2 Emerald Breakfast To Go's - Reg. $3.69.  Sale $1.99.  Used 2 $1/1 MFCs.  .99 cents each!

2 Edy's Milk Shakes - Reg. $1.79.  Sale $1.25.  Used $1/2 MFC.  .75 cents ea (I love trying new crap like this!)

Pint of Garelick Half & Half. - $1.99.  Used .55/1 MFC that Doubled.  .90 cents for a pint of Half & Half.

20 Yoplait Yogurts - Reg. .79 cents ea.  Sale .50 cents ea.  Used 2 $1/10 MFCs.  .40 cents each.  (Earned $2 off my next purchase coupon with this) - so kind of like .30 cents each.

Sponge Bob Bandaids - Reg. $3.49.  Sale $2.49.  Used $1.50/1 Shaw's Coupon.  .99 cents.

Excederin Tabs (with bonus Excederin PM bottle attached) - Reg. $4.45.  Sale $2.99.  $1/1 Peelie on pack.  $1.99.

2 Right Guard Deodorants - Reg. $2.79.  Sale .99 cents.  Used BOGO Free MFC.  .50 cents each!

40 count pack of Tampax - Reg. $8.93.  Sale $5.99.  Used $2/1 MFC.  $3.99

2 packs of Glad Trash Bags (35 count) - Reg. $5.29.  Sale $3.99.  Used 2 .75/1 MFCs that Doubled.  $2.49 per box

2 Nestle Candy Bars - Reg. .89 cents ea.  Sale .69 each.  Used $1/2 MFC to make it .19 cents per candy bar.

3 Hershey's Special Dark Bars - Reg. .89 cents ea.  Sale B2G1 Free.  Used BOGO MFC to make them .29 cents per candy bar (and lots of love from the husband).

Had $2/$10 HomeLife purchase:
2 120-count Dryer sheet boxes - Reg. $5.49.  Sale BOGO.
      1 pack of Straws - Reg. .99, Sale .77
      1 pack of 120 napkins - $1.85
      1 bathroom cleaner - Reg. $2.50, Sale $1.99

Pre-Sale Price - $16.32
Post Sale & Coupon Price - $8.10

Lastly, there were a lot of hair products (scrunchi's, bands, clips, etc.) that were 70% off.  This sale is good until 9/25 - so they are probably just trying to liquidate some of their selection.  This was at the Weymouth Shaw's - not sure if other Shaw's are participating.

Happy Shaw'sing this week!

2 Double Dippers with this Week's Shaw's Catalina

So yeah, the backpage Catalina (spend $25, get $10) is a good one.  If I'm motivated, maybe I'll write out a few scenarios this week.  But I wanted to bring attention 2 items that will generate a second CAT.

Betty Crocker Frosting - Reg. Price $2.19 (?), Sale $1.49

Buy 2, get $1 OYNP
Buy 3, get $2 OYNP
Buy 4 or more, get $3 OYNP

Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks (Reg. Fruit Snacks, Fruit Roll Ups, Gushers (nasty!), and Fruit By the Foot) - Reg. Price is probably around $2.99 but you have to check each variety yourself.  Sale - $2

Buy 3, Get $1 OYNP
Buy 4, Get $2 OYNP
Buy 5, Get $3 OYNP

So what this is basically telling you is that if you incorporate 4 tubs of Betty Crocker Frosting and 5 boxes of Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks into your $25 (pre-sale price) Catalina, you will actually get $16 back in CATs.  It's kind of like you are "Double Dipping" the catalinas.

Shaw's Catalina This Week!

Looks like a good week for a Shaw's Catalina!  This one is "Spend $25 on select products, get $10 Off Your Next Purchase."  In the past, these catalinas have worked on pre-sale prices.  You can also use MFCs to bring the prices down even further.  I'll probably be using this CAT to my advantage by stocking up on Progresso Soup and frozen vegetables.  A lot of these products have coupons from the paper (where I get most of my coupons) - but you can also print out more at Coupons.com, Smartsource.com,  BettyCrocker.com and Boxtops4education.com.

Happy Shaw's Shopping this week!

Shaw's Trip - Spent $84, Saved $84

So as my kids are getting older, it's like they are turning into opinionated people with wants and desires.  Gosh I miss those days when they just sat in that portable car seat and didn't talk.  I probably spend more these days because of items like Spongebob Soup and Dannon Dannimals.  On the flip side, I'm still kind of happy that a can of soup keeps my 4 year-old happy - even through the checkout with all the candy.  I give him about 7 more months until soup starts to "suck" and Hershey bars rule.  I'm really hoping he doesn't start saying the word "suck" in 7 months though.

Started with a $10 CAT

Healthy Shaw's Deals This Week

Shaw's seems pretty good this week.  I have another $5/$50 coupon I'm hoping to use.  Not sure if others got this coupon in the mail.  If you don't get random things from Shaw's from time to time in your mailbox, consider signing up at Shaws.com.

I only highlight healthy things - because Mama's got to lose some junk in her trunk.

-  Steak Tips!  Yum!  Yeah, probably not "healthy" but at $3.99/lbs, you just have to say "Yummmmm!"

-  Broccoli & Green Beans - .99/lbs

-  Raspberries & Blackberries - $2 a container

-  StarKist Tuna - .50 a can!  Tuna is great.  I just picked up some 2 weeks ago - but my dumb ass got the kind packed in oil.  I pawned it off on the husband, because at 10 grams of fat per pouch, it wasn't worth it.  Plus, tuna packed in oil tastes pretty darn nasty.

-  Cucumbers - .59 each

-  Eggo Pancakes - $2.  There was a $1/2 MFC in the paper for these - combine with a Shaw's Doubler to get a box for $1.  If you are Weight Watchers, make sure you look at the nutrition labels to see which one packs more fiber for your buck.

-  Aunt Jemima Waffles are $1.50.

-  La Choy Teriyaki or Soy Sauce - $1.69 ea.  Not a great price for soy sauce, but it is for Teriyaki Sauce!

- WONDER SMART BREAD - $1!  This bread is great.  It's white bread packed with a bunch of fiber and vitamins.  2 slices is only 1 Weight Watcher point.  Def. a great deal (I think the "normal" price is $3.39).

-  Avacados - $1

-  Mangos - $1

-  Tuttorosso Pasta Sauce - $1

-  Stacy's Pita Chips - $2.79.  There is a $1/1 MFC from the paper out there.  Combine with the Doubler to give you a bag of Pita Chips for .79.

-  Shaw's frozen vegetables - $1 (I'm a big fan of the Rancho Blend and of course the pepper strips and onion/green pepper mixture - although I'm not sure if any of these are actually part of the sale since it's "selected varieties")

-  Cat's Pride Litter - 25% off.  Combine with $1/1 MFC from paper and a Doubler.  We've used this litter and I like it.  Although, I don't have to poop on it so I really should ask my cat how he feels about it.

-  P&G is doing a promo where if you spend $30 on their stuff (pre-sale), you get a coupon for a free $10 gift card of your choice.  It's the basic P&G stuff and you can see all the items in your circular.  Match up with coupons to get a bigger deal.  You can't redeem the coupon for a Shaw's gift card.  Wahhh!

Thanks Shaw's! Plus, Healthy Deals & Stuff This Week

I haven't been to Shaw's in 2 months.  Seriously. All of my grocery business has been going to Stop & Shop & Roxie's lately.  BUT....I think Shaw's lured me back this week.  I got 2 $5/$50 coupons in the mail as well as a $1 off fresh produce and $1 off seafood coupon.

Shaw's is having a pretty decent catalina for the first time in like forever.  It's on the back page of this week's circular.  Spend $20 (pre-sale prices) on select GM products, get $5 off your next purchase and 50 Bonus Box Tops (this equals $5 for your school of choice!).  Now since I'm Weight Watchering it up, I'm not going to bring into my house the likes of Toaster Strudel or Chex Mix.  But there's a plethora of healthy selections in this catalina. Remember:  Pre-Sale Prices.

Healthy/Kid Stuff in the Cat (and yes, Lucky Charms ARE healthy in my book!)

Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, & Lucky Charms - $2 ($1/2 MFC from paper, .55/1 Cheerios & $1/2 Qs on Coupons.com, BettyCrocker.com, etc.)

Green Giant Canned Vegetables - $1

Nature Valley Bars - $2.50 ($1/2 MFCs from paper, .50/1 & .75/2 both DOUBLE at BettyCrocker.com, )

FIBER ONE BARS (I love these suckers) - $2 ($1/2 MFC from paper)

Yoplait Delights - $2 (usually $1/2s from the paper and .50/1 DOUBLES online at Coupons.com, BettyCrocker.com,)

Trix Yogurt & GoGurt (these nasty GoGurts are great frozen for the kids!) - $2 (.75/2 DOUBLES at BettyCrocker.com)

Big Yoplait - $2.50

Unhealthy Crap You Might Want Anyways

BC Supreme Brownie Mix - $2.50 (.75/2 at BettyCrocker.com DOUBLES)

Chex Mix - $2.50 (.55/1 MFC at Bettycrocker.com)

BC Fruit Snacks - $2 ($1/2 MFC at Bettycrocker.com)

If you want to buy multiples of these products, also check out www.growinglocallearning.com to get the same coupons that are on the Betty Crocker site.  You have to sign up - but when you do, they'll give the school of your choice 5 Box Tops ( .50 cents!  Woot!).  You can also refer friends and all that other jazz.  There are other things with this sale - you might want to check out other bloggers for the full list (or just look at your circular).  BeCentsible has a lot of bloggers - all sectioned off by state.  Check them out!

Other healthy stuff at Shaw's this week:

Corn - 8 for $1.99

Green Grapes - .99/lbs

Fresh Express Salad Blends - BOGO Free

Prego Pasta Sauce - BOGO Free

Crystal Light/Poland Spring Deal - Buy 3 Crystal Lights @ $2 ea, get a case of Poland Spring for free.  I am a Crystal Light junkie.  I love me some Red Dye #40.  Must use in-ad coupon.

Thomas English Muffin Better Start - BOGO Free

I don't know if it's just me, but this week's Shaw's add is kind of pathetic.  Maybe they are just tryingStop to save money on advertising.  Stop & Shop's is more than twice the size, and honestly, like the past few weeks - looks like they have better deals on stuff that I personally buy.  Poor Shaw's.  I'll do a Shaw's run this week though - mostly due to the fact that I dig Fiber One bars and box tops.

Shaw's Finds This Week

So I really suck at this blogging thing lately.  I know.  I've been at it for a year and a half, and honestly, I do see it as a hobby and I love playing around with coupons and grocery stores and whatnot - but finding the time to blog is kind of hard.  I still play the game, I'm just not motivated to blog about it.  Well I just got back from Shaw's.  Here's some cheap/free crap I found:

-  3 Musketeer bars.  On sale for .49.  There was just a .25/1 MFC in the Red Plum.  I got two through the grocery mailing and the Boston Globe.  So 2 free 3 Musketeer bars!

-  Lloyd's Shredded processed meat crap - $6.69 ea (There were BOGO Free coupons right there in front of these tubs of meat).  I love meat.  It's my WW weakness.  I've been trying to eat more "healthy" and "fresh" - but I can schlop a 1/4 cup of this on an Arnold Sandwich Thin and have a pretty tasty 3 point snack.

-  Pepsi 12-pack/chip deal.  I did this.  We love soda.  My husband loves chips in his lunch.  $1.50 a 12-pack and $6.99 for 22 bags of chips works for me.  I also used the $1/1 Chip MFC that was just in the paper insert.  So it was only $5.99 for 22 bags of chips and wicked cheap soda.

-  Edy's Fruit Bars.  On sale this week for $2.99 (normally $4.99).  I had a $1.50/2 MFC that spit out at the register so $1.75 each.  The Acai Blackberry or whatever is only 60 cals - so I think those are just 1 WW Point - it might be 2.  Either way - good snack.

-  Picked up 4 packs of Sargento Shredded Cheese.  I didn't have any coupons, but for $1.50 a pack, it's a steal!

-  20 Yoplait Yogurts.  My husband is a yogurt junky.  These are .50 cents per week (he takes them to work so buying a big container isn't something I'm really all about doing).  I had 2 $1/10 MFCs from the paper.  So 20 for $8.  But then, a $2 CAT spit out for me.  So it's kind of like 20 yogurts for $6.  Or .30 ea.

-  That new French's Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce is part of the $1.49 sale on French's products.  There have been $1/1 MFCs in the paper for this.  I used one.  .49 cents for some dip.  My kids will eat anything as long as they have something to dip it in.

And that, my friends, is my Shaw's experience this week.

Tropicana & Trop50 - $2.49 ($1/1 MFCs for Trop50 & $1/2 MFCs for both in the paper recently)

Select GM Cereals - $1.88 (I can't find any of the high value coupons on the known coupon sites - but there is a $1/2 at Coupons.com)

Hebrew National Hot Dogs - BOGO Free (I love the Reduced Fat ones (blue package) that are 2 points, the Fat Free ones are so-so (green package), but they are only 1 point)

Tribe Hummus (16 oz. - bigger tub) - $3.99 ($1/1 MFC from paper recently)

Current Shaw's Catalinas

Shaw's always has some "hidden" catalina deals - little ones that will pop out anything from .75-$4.  These typically aren't advertised all that much, but sometimes come out in the form of a coupon at the register.  Money Saving Maine-iac listed the current ones she knows of.  She's Shawstastic!

Current Shaw's "Hidden" Catalinas - Thanks Money Saving Maine-iac

Weight Watchers Fans - Great Deal on 2 pt. Fiber One Bars!

Okay...are you on Weight Watchers?  Need some CHEAP 2 point snacks?  Weight Watchers charges $3.50 for a box of their snack bars.  But don't pay that - get Fiber One Bars for "FREE"! Stock up at Shaw's until Thursday (tomorrow) with this:

Buy 6 boxes of Fiber One bars (the PB flavor is 3 points).  Print out coupons for them at Coupons.com, BettyCrocker.com (you have to register here - but it's so worth it), & SmartSource.com.  You can print 2 coupons at each site.  They are all for .40/1 box - which doubles at Shaw's.

This week the boxes are $2.49 ea.  With having 6 .40/1 coupons that all double, it brings the boxes down to $1.69 ea.  You pay $10.14 out of pocket, BUT....you'll get $10.50 off your next purchase (a $7 CAT and $3.50 CAT will spit out at you at the register for you to use on your next trip).  Essentially, you "make" 36 cents by doing this.  Have any questions?  Ask away!

Shaw's Healthy Deals 2/26-3/4

Still trucking on with trying to eat healthy and not spend a fortune.  February is not a good example of this - but I try to just keep thinking long term.  I really can care less what my week-to-week budget is, because it varies a lot, but I kind of dig the whole "year" goal.

So what's shaking at Shaw's this week?  Go to Shaws.com to print off coupons.  This week's items include:

$1/3 lbs or more Semi-Boneless Rib Steak
$1/1 lbs or more Wild Sockeye Salmon
$1/1 lbs or more Shaw's Turkey Breast (deli)
$1/2 Culinary Circle Sides
$1/1 Wild Harvest Organic Salad ($4.99 reg. price)

$1/1 Whole Care Dog or Cat Food
$1/2 Shaw's Cranberry Juice
$1/5 Shaw's Condensed Soup

Back Page Catalina (General Mills, Buy $20, Get $7 Off Your Next Purchase)
