For some reason, I have this huge box of Potato Buds in my cabinets. I personally really like real mashed potatoes a whole lot better - and so does the family. But I'm determined to use up this cabinet crap. So I made some boxed potatoes. Paired it with some really delicious pork chops I scored from Roche Bros. and some vegetables.
