"What the Heck Do I Have in my Cabinets" Recipe: Pizza (with homemade sauce!)!

Going through my cabinets, I found a lonely pack of pizza yeast.  You might be thinking, "What the heck is pizza yeast?!"  Well this is it:

So I took my yeast, some flour, oil sugar, salt and I think that is it and made a crust.  Then I went to grab some tomato sauce and we are out.  Drat.  No worries though.  I'm making due with my cabinets.  So what did I do?  I made my own sauce!

This was pretty easy.  I made up my own recipe (first, I whipped out the food processor):

1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning (I used some from those packets that I had to buy a while back - the salad dressing kind)
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp oregano

Then I just turned the sucker on and let it do it's thing for a minute or two.

So I poured the sauce on the crust.  Then I threw a bunch of mozzarella on it.  I remembered that I had some fresh parmesan that needed to be used up so I added that to the pizza as well.  And after 13 minutes in a 425 degree oven,

VOILA!  Pizza!
