Since I'm some sort of Suzy Homemaker in the making, I'll let you in on something I did over the weekend. I actually substituted Plain Greek Yogurt & vinegar for mayo in Tuna Macaroni Salad. It was kind of gross to make as I don't like stirring yogurt and vinegar together (I thought I was going to vomit a little in my mouth - this "cooking" crap is hard sometimes) - but the end result is fabulous and I can't even tell it's not mayonnaise in the salad.
