Need to revamp your library collection? Need a little free fun? Go to your local library! Does your local library lack an adequate children's area? Go to another town! I know here on the South Shore, all the libraries are connected in the Old Colony Library Network. You can check out books from any library in the network. You can have a nice change of scenery for your little ones. And the best part, is say we're in Marshfield and check out books - well you can return them to any OCLN library and it's okay. So I can drop them off in Braintree and the wonderful librarians will do the work of scanning it back in and getting that book back to it's proper destination.
They also have a ton of movies - so skip the Redbox and check out the library!
