No seriously. It sounds ghetto. It really isn't THAT BAD. This happened to me - I needed tissue paper and didn't feel like going to the store just for tissue paper. Because when I go to the store for "just one thing", I end up buying a bunch of crap I don't need. Plus, I'm kind of lazy.
So I improvised over the holidays:
From the outside - you can't really tell that it's plastic bags (I made an effort to hide the bag logo). It also came in handy because the recipient used the plastic bags to pick up wrapping paper and other garbage from present exchanging.
So the next time you are in a jam and ran out of tissue paper - consider using some of those plastic bags you have laying around the house! Maybe I'm just weird - but I must have at least a 1,000 in my house. I use them for cat litter & the bathroom trash (as well as other random things).
