Recipe of the Week: Cumin-Spiced Oven Fries

Cumin-Spiced Oven Fries
Taken from  (original recipe calls for sweet potatoes and yukon gold - but I just make this with sweet potatoes).

Cooking Spray
4 Medium Sweet Potatoes, cut into about 12 wedges each (sale at Shaw's this week for .69/lbs)
1 1/2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin (I use more)

Preheat oven to 450.  Spray baking pan with cooking spray.

In bowl, combine potatoes, oil, salt, pepper & cumin.  Spread on pan in even layer.  Cook 10 minutes then flip.  Cook 10 more minutes then flip again.  Cook an additional 5-10 minutes.  Serving size is about 12 - or one potato per serving.
