hi becky,
found you via your comment at dealfindingmom, saw that you were doing the shaw's deals and i thought you might appreciate a recipe, something to do with all those boxes of cake mix...

just stir a can of pumpkin into the dry cake mix and bake in muffin tins, voila! pumpkin muffins. we made these today and they turned out great. (i can't take credit, found that idea on recipezaar.) enjoy! :)

oh, btw, i'm near boston, too, we're on the north shore. i'll have to keep track of you to see the local deals!

Oooh!! That sounds awesome! I love all things pumpkin! Did you do the 15 oz can or 29 oz can?

I'm down on the South Shore! I hear Market Basket is the place to shop (great prices) but we don't have any of those nearby!

Market Basket is heaven and hell rolled into one. Heaven because it's cheap but hell because it's SO crowded.

I made the muffins with half of a 29 oz can, the recipe called for 1 15 oz can. So good! (Extra good with cream cheese frosting, in case, like me, you ended up with some of that, too!)
