A neighbor told me how she made homemade corn dogs. I love homemade trashy food. So I tried it.
I just mixed a Jiffy Corn Bread mix as per the packaged directions (1 egg and 1/3 c. milk). I added some extra milk to thin it out some.
I heated up oil and covered my little cocktail wienies in the batter.
Then I fried them.
Then my kids enjoyed them. So easy. So fun. So corny!
