"What the Heck Do I have in my Cabinets" Recipe: Shepherd's Pie

Well, well, well.  In the depths of my cabinets this weekend, I found 2 packs of Chicken Gravy Mix.  I don't cook traditional chicken - so why I have this is beyond me.

I had some potatoes that desperately needed cooking too - and surprisingly, had all the other ingredients on hand.  My only substitution was that I didn't have peas & carrots - I had carrots and corn though - so carrots and corn it is.  

I used THIS RECIPE I found off Allrecipes.com so if you have Chicken Gravy Mix laying around - well there you have it.  Shepherd's Pie.
