"What the Heck Do I have in my Cabinets" Recipe: Chili Mac!

I have to admit - my cabinets have gotten pretty bare.  I love it!  Today's great cabinet find is Chili Mac.  I found THIS BOB'S EVANS CHILI MAC RECIPE from Allrecipes.com.  I have everything except the tomato sauce - so I'm going to substitute V-8.  Oh and I'm using ground beef instead of sausage.
