"What the heck do I have in my cabinets" Recipe: Chicken Parm with elbows

Tonight's dinner will feature my leftover chicken from Roxie's (Holla Roxie's!).  I'll make a simple baked dish dipping the chicken in a beaten egg and covered with bread crumbs (do this twice for extra nice chicken).

Then I'll boil half a box of elbows I have stashed away and couple with a jar of Prego tomato sauce I have.

My cabinets are slowly depleting away.  Which is great.  I just need that feeling of "fresh" and starting all over.  Sometimes one just needs to do this.  For their own sanity or idiotic reasoning.
