A few days ago, I stumbled across a "Money Saving Challenge" from a post from that cool chick Marilyn in Ohio (Marilyn's Money!). I thought "This is PERFECT! This will help my "Occupy My Wallet" movement I'm attempting.
So Precious at Frugal Makes Cents out of New York is "hosting" this. She provides lots of great ways to save money and has a list of other bloggers partaking in the challenge. So if you ever need to peruse different people's perspectives on saving money, this could be a great resource.
Remember too - we're all different. We all have different needs, wants, desires, etc. And it changes over time. 2 years ago, I was really all about saving money on groceries. I still am - but not as extreme. This year is more about not spending money on material things because I don't need the crap. I need to use/organize/throw away the crap I already have.
So if you are looking to revamp your financial situation - whatever that may be, maybe you can find someone who is on the same page as you.
