Earn a Free Whopper - Watch "Whopper Lust" on DirecTV!

I seriously can't make this crap up.  DirecTV users - if you turn to Ch. 111 - you can watch a Whopper spin on your TV.  If you watch for 5 minutes, you'll get a coupon for a free Whopper mailed to you in 2-4 weeks.  Don't get all tricky though - it asks you to press random buttons on your remote during the "lust" - if you don't do it, you have to start over or something.  You can do "Double or Nothing" and stuff - but I don't know all the details.

My family of 4 seriously did just sit there for 5 minutes.  We discussed all sorts of things - like why BK puts onions on their burgers, if hamburgers are healthy, why BK doesn't have a playspace and MickeyD's does.

I have no idea when this deal expires.  I just found it scrolling through the channels and didn't read all the fine print.

I am watching it right now and I cant stop. I have 3 free ones and the time keeps going up by 5 minutes each time. There is 7 minutes left of my 15 minute session so I guess we might as well go for it all and see how many they will give away. Will let you know more later when I just cant take it anymore. susie-q

It must not work with my box. There is no timer showing and all I see is a Whopper spinning. I watched for 10 minutes straight and nothing!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOO

Very nice Susie Q! ;)

Oh you have to "Start the Lust" or something like that. Some buttons should pop up. Then a timer box will trigger 5:00. That sucks you watched that burger for 10 mins with nothing to show for it!

As a DISH Network customer of four years I can truly say I've got the best HD in the industry, and the lowest all-digital pricing in the nation. I've worked at one of the DISH call centers for about a year now, but my bias comes from the time I've been a customer, and the level of service I've received since the switch.
