I actually kind of dislike diet frozen meals. I find they are little portions, full of sodium and taste a little "blah" - but they are sometimes good to have in the freezer for emergencies.  I actually don't mind Healthy Choice's Cafe Steamers too much.  Those are kind of good - but again, not very big and I like to eat a lot.
