I spent $564 in July. Spending since 1/1/09 is $2,782. I have saved $3,229 since 1/1/09 by shopping sales and using coupons.

-Ahhhh....wowzers! I really went crazy this month. It seemed that we ran out of every basic staple needed.

-This week, Shaw's is having some killer sales. Hoping to stock up on a bunch of stuff so we will be good for the rest of the year. Even though I'm still on track for a $5,000 grocery bill this year, you can never be too careful!
