Bouncycle for only $17!

I have no idea what THIS THING really is - but it's a really good deal.  Normally $59.99, it's now on sale for $17.41 ($71% off).  It's like a mini bike that bounces or some crap.  I have no idea.  The reviews aren't great - but there are only three of them so you can't really go on that.  Maybe this is a gift best given to that nephew or niece that you can't stand.  Way to go Amazon!
