Saving Money Challenge: Turn Fresh Produce into Frozen Produce!

I had a little pepper.  It started to wilt.  Instead of throwing it away like I sometimes do (life gets hectic ladies!), I did something better:

 In the words of the Annoying Orange:  "KNIFE!"

And voila!  Over 9 oz. of chopped green pepper to be stored in my freezer for my next pantry creation!
